The Irmct Is Looking To Establish A Short-Term Agreement For Transcription And Translation Services As Follows: 1.1 Transcription Services In The Kinyarwanda Language 1.2 Translation Services From Kinyarwanda To English 1.3 Translation Services From Kinyarwanda To French 2. Transcription Services In The Kinyarwanda Language 2.1 The Un-Irmct Requires The Following Turn-Key Productions Of Verbatim Transcripts In The Kinyarwanda Language Of Audio Records In Digital Or Analog Format 2.2 Audio Records Project Transcription Services: Transcription Of Audio Records Of Radio Broadcasts In The Kinyarwanda Language. 2.3 The Initial Requirement For Audio Records Project Transcription Services Is For Up To 90 Hours Of Audio Records Over Two Months. 2.4 Ad-Hoc Transcription Services: Transcription Of Other Audio Or Audio/Video Records In The Kinyarwanda Language. 2.5 Transcripts Are Required For Each Record Separately. 2.6 Transcription Services Shall Be Performed Off-Site. 2.7 The Contractor Shall Provide Edited And Completed Transcripts In The Microsoft Word (Windows 7 Compatible, Subject To Upgrade); 3. Translation Services From Kinyarwanda To English And From Kinyarwanda To French 3.1 Audio Records Project Translation Services: Translation Of Verbatim Transcripts In Kinyarwanda Of Audio Produced By The Audio Records Project Transcription Services. 3.2 The Initial Requirement For Audio Records Translation Services Is For Up To 90 Hours Of Audio Records Over The Course Of Two Months. 3.3 The Initial Requirement For Existing Transcripts Translation Services Is For Approximately 4300 Pages For Kinyarwanda To English And 3000 Pages For Kinyarwanda To French Over The Course Of Two Months. 3.4 Ad-Hoc Translation Services: Translation Of Other Documents 3.5 Translations Are Required For Each Document Separately. 3.6 Translation Services Shall Be Performed Off-Site. 3.7 The Contractor Shall Provide Edited And Completed Transcripts In The Microsoft Word (Windows 7 Compatible, Subject To Upgrade) 4. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For The Electronic Transfer Of The Finished Transcript Or Translation To The Irmct Via A Suitable Electronic Transfer System. The Delivery Shall Be Encrypted By Adhering To Fips (Federal Information Processing Standards) 197 And 140-2 Standards Using Aes Or Triple Des (With 128-Bit Or Higher Keys Algorithms) Or An Equivalent Level Of Security, All Subject To Confirmation By The Irmct
