Econsult Multi Sector Investment Options Assessment For Phase2 Of The Sava And Drina Rivers Corridors Integrated Development ProgramSava Drina River Corridor Regional ProgramThe Objective Of This Study Is To Conduct A Diagnostic Analysis To Inform The Conceptualization Of Sdip2 That Will Provide Guidance To The Wbg And Clients In Supporting Investments In The Region Through A Multi Sectoral Economic Analysis Of Resilient Growth Focused Development Options And Investment Potential From Both A Basin And Country Perspective For The Riparian Countries Within The Sava Drina Rivers Corridors This Assessment Will Inform The Design Of The Second Phase Of The Sava And Drina Rivers Corridors Integrated Development Program Sdip2 3 Scope Of The Assignment The World Bank Is Looking For External Support To Develop A Regional Water Investment Strategy For The Sava Drina Region That Broadly Supports Socio Economic Development Poverty Reduction And The Reversal Of Environmental Degradation The Scope Of The Consultancy Services Shall Include But Not Be Limited To The Following I Identify Potential Regional Investment Options Taking Into Account Their Economic Hydrological Social And Environmental Implications As Well As Cumulative Impacts Ii Investigate The Alignment Of Potential Regional Investment Options With National Level Priorities And Plans And Iii Prioritize And Sequence Potential Investments To Be Included In The Second Phase Of The Sdip Program Also In Light Of Existing And Planned Interventions Including Those Supported By Other Development Partners Up To 2035 The Assessment Will Build On Ongoing And Recent Work In The Western Balkans Region National Programs And Plans Iv Development Of Investment Strategy And Action Plan For Prioritized And Sequenced Regional Investments
