Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Provision Of Consultancy Services For Impact Evaluation Qualitative Research For Keeping Girls In School Kgs InitiativeThe Project Will Be Implemented Over A Period Of 12 Months The Qualitative Research Will Be Embedded In An Impact Evaluation Ie That Compares The Impact On Girls Education And Empowerment Of Providing An Education Grant To Cover Educational Expenses Versus Implementing A Holistic Empowerment Pilot In Addition To Measuring The Effects Of Kgs Bursaries Outcomes Of Interest In The Ie Include But Are Not Limited To School Retention Srh Gender Equitable Attitudes Perceptions Of Safety And Experiences Of Srgbv The Ie Includes 4 Treatment Arms T1 Kgs Bursary Only T2 Kgs Bursary Education Grant T3 Kgs Bursary Education Grant Empowerment Pilot T4 Control No InterventionThe Qualitative Research Will Only Look At T2 Kgs Bursary Education Grant And T3 Kgs Bursary Education Grant Empowerment PilotThe Shortlisting Criteria Are The Firm Should Have At Least 7 Years Experience In Conducting Qualitative ResearchThe Firm Should Have At Least One Staff With Phd Or Equivalent Level Of Training In Qualitative Research Methods And The Ability To Recruit Research Assistants Ras With MasterS Level Or Equivalent Training In Qualitative Research MethodsThe Firm And Its Key Staff Should Have Previous Work Experience Conducting Research In Zambia This Applies To Local Firms Only Should Have Experience Conducting Qualitative Research On Topics Such As Education Social Norms Empowerment Srh Life Skills And Gbv Srgbv And Experience Working With Children The Firm Should Demonstrate Ability To Work Within And With Different Teams High Level Written And Oral Communications Skills In English Ras Must Also Be Able To Speak And Write In Languages Of The Study AreasAbility To Be Flexible By Adapting To ChangesThe Firm Must State Field Of Specialization And The Years In Consultant
