HPRA bathroom refurbishment project The HPRA are planning on refurbishing the bathrooms in their offices on Earlsfort Terrace Dublin The HPRA bathrooms are largely unchanged since the 1980 s The below areas will be upgraded as part of the works includes 9 bathrooms across 5 floors approx 20sq meters per floor HPRA have two bathrooms per floor on 4 floors Some variations to note Floor 2 has had one bathroom replaced with a wheel chair accessible shower and toilet which is not included in this project Floor 4 one of the cubicles in the male bathroom has been replaced with a shower which will be retained in the renovation plans The female bathroom will be updated to include a shower unit A cursory overview of works New flooring tiled New wall finishes tiled New WC cubicles New Sanitary ware and pipework as required New ceiling including lights detectors emergency lights New vanity units and mirrors soap dispensers hand dryers Upgrade of flow and return ventilation above ceiling Full strip out of existing facilities
