Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Preparation Of Studies Plans And Detailed Project For The Implementation Of The Katembe Landfill And Closure Of The Hulene DumpThe Objective Of These Consultancy Services Is To Prepare All The Necessary Technical Studies For The Implementation Of The Katembe Sanitary Landfill In The Municipal District Of Katembe And For The Rehabilitation And Closure Of The Hulene Dump Including Engineering Studies And Designs Tender Documents And Operational Manuals In Addition The Consultancy Will Also Be Responsible For Preparing The Partial Revision Of The Maputo City Master Plan For Urban Solid Waste Management Approved In December 2018 With A View To Incorporating The Necessary Plan Amendments To Accommodate The New Sanitary Landfill And Planned Closure Of The Hulene Dump The Maputo Municipal Council Now Invites Eligible Consulting Firms To Express Their Interest In Providing The Services Interested Consultants Should Provide Information Demonstrating That They Have The Required Qualifications And Relevant Experience To Perform The Services The Shortlisting Criteria Are Relevant Experience In I Preparation Review Of Municipal Solid Waste Management Plans Ii Preparation Of Feasibility Studies And Detailed Design For Construction And Operation Of New Sanitary Landfills And Iii Preparation Of Feasibility Studies And Detailed Designs For Recovery And Or Decommissioning Of Landfills Dumps Iv Experience In Conducting Participatory Consultancies V Experience In Similar Assignments In Developing Countries And Under Similar Conditions Like Those In Mozambique Key Experts Will Not Be Evaluated At The Shortlisting Stage
