The consultation concerns the development of the third master plan for rivers in French Polynesia in a dynamic of global management of rivers included in the Water Policy adopted on June 17 2021The consultation concerns the development of the third master plan for rivers in French Polynesia in a dynamic of global management of rivers included in the Water Policy adopted on June 17 2021 This master plan deals with the Punaruu river on the island of Tahiti This watercourse flows within a 44 km watershed an area making it the second largest watershed in Tahiti The purpose of this consultation is to choose a consulting firm or a group of companies which will draw up the master plan for the Punaruu river The study will deal with several river development scenarios based on a multidisciplinary and concerted approach to all the problems and issues related to watercourses namely flooding erosion
