Recruitment Of An Individual Consultant Expert In Monitoring And Evaluation To Support The Project Management Unit Pmu In The Implementation Of Residual Activities Of Pdsde And PasebDevelopment Project Of The Electricity Distribution System In The City Of Bissau Pdsde The Services Provided Under This Contract Are Summarized As Follows The Establishment And Day To Day Management Of A System For Monitoring And Evaluating Project Performance The Design Of A Monitoring Evaluation Database That Allows I The Calculation Of Indicators And Ii The Design Of Quarterly Indicator Monitoring Reports Training System Players In The Use Of These Tools And The Database And In The Identification Of Relevant Software For Data Storage And Processing Regular Updating Of The Manual Of Monitoring And Evaluation Procedures For The Agents Responsible For Data Collection And Their Monitoring And Evaluation The Development Of Annual Project And Budgetary Work Plans Awpb And Dashboards Facilitating The Collection Of Data For Performance Indicators And Progress Of Activities Periodically Analyze The Deviations And Make Corrections If Necessary Regular Monitoring Of Intermediate Indicators And End Of Project Indicators And The Production Of Corresponding Reports Through Periodic Surveys The Use And Consolidation Of Reports Submitted By The Implementing Partners And The Project Team And The Presentation Of Project Data And Results To The Project Team Analyze Deviations And Ensure The Application Of Corrective Measures The Drafting Of The Reports Of The Meetings Of The Project Steering Committee Of The Periodic Coordination Meetings And Of The Workshops Organized By The Pmu The Proposal Of A Computerized System With A View To Greater Efficiency In The Storage Processing Analysis Use Circulation And Presentation Of Relevant Information On Programming And Management Activities Project Activities The Implementation Of The Computerized System Must Be A Module Or A Solution That Can Be Integrated Into The Existing Information And Management System Coordination Of The Final Evaluation Of The Two Projects
