Request for Expression of Interest for Consulting Services to Develop a Comprehensive Disaster and Vulnerability Risk Profiles for the Kingdom of Eswatini under the EWSSAP Ndma Development of Comprehensive Disaster and Vulnerability Risk Profiles for the Kingdom of EswatiniThe EWSC NDMA now invites eligible consulting firms Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above mentioned services for the development of risk profiles Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to provide the Services The shortlisting criteria are A minimum of ten years progressively responsible professional work experience in disaster risk reduction climate variability and change and disaster risk profiling in line with vulnerability assessments Proven expertise and experience in the formulation and development of disaster and vulnerability risk profiling for a wide scope of hazards including landslides storms and droughts conducted in the last eight 08 years for five 05 different assignments Proven experience in the Design installation customization and deploying of an open source geospatial data sharing platform conducted in at least 05 assignmentProven understanding of disaster risk reduction and resilience climate change adaptation and water resources management approachesExperience in development of disaster and vulnerability risk profiles in SADC Southern African Development Community countries within the last five years mention at least five 05 successful projects Evidence of expertise in Geographic Information Systems GIS and development of Geospatial Data Sharing system or platform for disasters and hazards
