The City Council on behalf of Your Homes Newcastle YHN and our in house building contractor Repairs Construction Services RCS require support from external brick work contractors with skilled tradespersons to assist in delivering a first class brick work service for both Capital and Repair Maintenance projects The Framework will be a Council wide framework and may involve brick work for any Council department on various types of public and private premises which may include communal homes schools academies leisure centres libraries office accommodation other educational establishments community buildings The Framework include two Lots Lot 1 Capital Works Lot 2 Repairs and Maintenance Works Tenders may apply to single or multiple lots
