Request For Expression Of Interest For Development Of Training Management System E Learning System Online Assessment Certification System And Web Portal For The National Procurement Institute Npa Is In The Midst Of Launching The Npi Using The Newly Developed Programs And Curricula And Would Like To Take The Initiative To Establish A Robust Procurement E Learning System To Ensure Benefits To The Npa Npi And Also To The Procuring Entities At Both Central And Provincial Levels The E Learning System Is Expected To Guarantee Integration Of Key Learning Into The EmployeeS Day To Day Work And Allow Them To Expand Their Knowledge And Skills To Make It Easy For Such Employees Working In Remote Areas And Unable To Access Npi Easily I E Working In Provincial And District Level And Other Individuals Interested In Skilling Themselves In Procurement Without Having To Attend Face To Face Programs To Allow The Beneficiaries To Have Access To All Training Materials And Other Training Resources Online To Develop A Learning And Student Management System That Seamlessly Integrate The Functioning Of The Npi With The Courses And Admission And Examination Management Thus Offering A Ready To Use Decision Support Education Mis Npa Npi Is Looking For Qualified Vendors To Establish A Full Fledged Online Management Information System Mis For Its Operational And Technical Activities Both At Central And Provincial Levels And Include Components Such As Training Management System Tms E Learning System E Lms Assessment Certification An Npi Student Web Portal Dashboard For Each Module Reporting For Each Module User Management System With Logs And Privilages The FirmS Staff Are Required To Work In Their Site And Regularly Visit Npa Office For Communication The Short Listing Criteria Are A Firm Capability The Firm Should Have At Least 5 Years In Business Developing Similar Mis Systems And Similar Projects Implementation And A Good Track Record B The Consultant Shall Demonstrate Having Sound Financial Standing By Submitting Audited Financial Reports Or Any Other Credible Financial Documents For The Last Five Years 2016 2017 2018 2019 And 2020 Where The ConsultantS Turnover For Any Of The Last Five Years Should Be Usd 100 000C Have Completed At Least One Contract Similar Contract With Value Of Usd 80 000 In Any Of The Last Five Years Please Provide Copies Of At Least 1 Previous Similar Contract To Npa Mis And Business Registration In Proposal The Requirements For Consultants Who Intends To Associate With Other Firm S In The Form Of A Joint Venture Jv Or Consortium Or A Sub Consultancy To Enhance Their Qualifications Are Indicated As Under The Lead Partner Is Required To Be Identified Clearly And State The Composition And Nature Of Their Association Jv Sub Consultant In Their Eoi In Case Of Jv Both The Lead And Partners Shall Meet All The Requirement Indicated Above In Case Of Consultant Who Intends To Associate With Other Firm S In The Form Of A Sub Consultancy The Lead Partner Shall Provide Valid Reason For Proposing A Sub Consultant
