Great Yellow Bumblebee EIP Project Ecologist and Project Officer The Great Yellow Bumblebee Conservation Group is conducting a project to develop a pilot results based EIP which will be designed and implemented across approximately thirty participant farms on the Mullet Peninsula and Erris mainland Co Mayo The project aims to produce a conservation plan to increase populations and expand the range of the Great Yellow Bumblebee by working with farmers The project will pilot a results based payment for farmers which would benefit the rare Great Yellow Bumblebee other native pollinators and local biodiversity The Great Yellow Bumblebee Conservation group wish to contract a Project Ecology and Project Officer to oversee the running of the project
