Tenders are invited for Provision of Rural Broadband Connectivity Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids RFB as specified in the World Bank s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016 Revised November 2017 August 2018 and November 2020 Procurement Regulations and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Public Private Partnership Commission and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08 00 to 16 00 hours at the address given below Replies to clarifications requested by bidders will not be emailed directly to bidders All responses to clarifications will be posted in the above link on the PPPC and PPDA websites and bidders are solely responsible for monitoring the websites during the bidding process for all clarifications amendments with respect to this IFBBids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12th August 2021 at or before 14 00hrs local time Electronic Bidding will not be permitted except e mail submission as detailed in ITB BDS 23 1 In view of COVID 19 there are additional bid submission options as detailed in ITB BDS 23 1 Late Bids will be rejected Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 14 00hrs In view of COVID 19 Pandemic the public opening will also be live streamed and video recording will be posted for viewing through the PPPC s website All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration using the form provided in the bidding document
