Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for development of a Solid Waste Management SWM Policy Guidelines and Resource mobilization for implementation of SWM strategies within Urban Institutions in Kenyaiii Carry out a baseline survey in selected counties municipalities or all counties municipalities and conduct meetings and discussions with the relevant stakeholders including the public institutions lead agencies private sector the Civil Society Organization CSOs community members to identify SWM related challenges and potential solutions with purpose to develop strategies with broad support and takes into account their concerns ideas and feedback iv Assess the investments options for the private sector for the improvement and strengthening of the SWM in the counties municipalities v Organize in liaison with the Client national county stakeholder workshop s for consultations validation dissemination and sensitization vi Conduct trainings to capacity build key internal staff at National Counties and Municipalities The duration of the consultancy services will be six 6 months The Consultant shortlisting criteria are i Company Profile s of the firm s Where the EOI is submitted by a consortium each firm in the consortium shall provide company profile including names and addresses
