Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Service Employment of Individual Consultant for Technical Advisor for Animal Feed Processing PlantThe main objective of this assignment is to the Consulting Services include but are not limited to the following Capacity building of cooperative Kilinto industrial ParksAdvisory Service for setting up the Animal feed processing Plant Project Affected people PAP The individual Consultant IC will be selected and engaged on the basis of his her qualification for the assignment in accordance with the World Bank s guidelines The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1 9 of the World Bank s Guidelines Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits Grants by World Bank Borrowers January 2011 Revised July 2014 Consultant Guidelines setting forth the World Bank s policy on conflict of interest Qualification and Experience Required For provision of effective consultancy services the Consultant is expected to have Graduate degree PhD preferred in business management economics or agricultural economicsMust have 10 years experience as business manager preferably in the private sector and in the same industryMust have at least 8 years of experience in business management and particularly or in the production formulation procurement sales supply chains and management of feed and or optimizing animal nutrition in corporate environments Experience in procurement of raw materials for feed production and applicability and context for livestock supply chains as well as traceability and accountability systems for suppliers is preferredMust have strong strategic and analytical skillsFluency in English and Amharic is requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to span industry and non profit sectors to generate consensus and collective vision is requiredAbility to effectively prioritize and produce high quality work under time constraints is a must Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team is required Excellent organizational and project leadership skills
