Diagnosis of needs and development of the LNTPB capacity building planConnectivity for Rural Livelihood Improvement Projectthe Transport Connectivity Support Project PACT for improve rural connectivity in the regions of Alaotra Mangoro Anosy and Atsimo Atsinanana through climate change resilient interventions carried out on secondary tertiary regional and communal road networks The development objective of the project is to improve transport connectivity in certain rural areas in order to increase the access of communities to social and economic opportunities It is implemented through five components 1 Rehabilitation of secondary roads in priority regions 2 Improvement of provincial communal and unclassified roads in priority regions 3 Promotion of digital solutions in targeted rural communities 4 Capacity building and project management and 5 Intervention component of conditional emergency The Project intends to use part of this funding to select a firm or group of consultants responsible for carrying out the project Diagnosis of needs and development of a capacity building plan for the National Laboratory for Public Works and Building LNTPB This study is part of the implementation of the climate resilience sub component of the project carried out in partnership with the Prevention and Support Unit for Emergency Management CPGU Prime Minister
