Recruitment of a consultant for technical assistance and support for the laboratory of the General Directorate of Mines and Geology in setting up a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 17025 standard The services expected from the consulting firm consist of carry out a diagnosis of the laboratory situation organizational management and technical accompanied by an action plan for the implementation of the Quality Management System QMS train DGMG laboratory staff on ISO 17025 and 9001 standards implement the quality system through o drafting of documents policy procedures technical documents etc o the implementation of the internal audit processo the implementation of the management review process train on uncertainty calculations and assess uncertainties ensure the calibration of a precision balance and conduct a mock audit to verify the QMS implemented and assist the laboratory in the implementation of corrective actions
