Request For Expression Of Interest For Selection Of International Individual ConsultantWork Experience At Least 10 Years Of Relevant In Depth Work Experience In Engineering Design And Development Of At Least One Of The Following Rural Electrification Options Mhp Mini Grids Solar Mini Grids And Power Line Extension The Consultant Will Be Required To Provide Documentation And References For Operating Electrification Projects Where The Consultant Played A Significant Role In Design And Development Knowledge Of Mini Hydro And Or Solar Photo Voltaic Technologies Especially In Mini Grid Configurations And Applied In A Variety Of Geographic Settings Experience In Preparing Engineering Scopes Of Work And Tender Documents Will Be A Distinct Advantage Fluency In Written And Oral Communications In English Is Required Duty Station And Reporting Requirements The Duty Station The Duty Station Shall Be The Ccap Hq Offices Located Within The Mrrd Compound In Darul Aman Kabul Afghanistan With Occasional Trips Within And Outside Afghanistan For Work Purposes As Required Reporting Requirements The Consultant Reports To Mrrd Ccap Director Of Operation In All Work Related Issues
