Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Vehicle Rental Services to IOM offices in Iraq The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following 1 Company profile showing relevant services offered 2 Company valid official registration documents proving that the company is allowed to provide such services 3 Company should be specialized in Vehicle Rental Transportation field 4 Track record and experience of the company in similar assignment including list of major clients served during last three years please provide testimonies for this purpose 5 Company s audited financial report for the last 3 years 2018 2019 and 2020 with minimum turnover 500 000 USD Per year 6 Current bank statement or annual turnover for 2021 with a total value not less than USD 500 0007 Bank account information should be in the name of the company 8 Interested suppliers must submit all the requested documents listed above in this EOIRequirements In the absence of specific documents as indicated other documentation providing similar information may be accepted by the evaluation panel at its own discretion In this regards the evaluation panel reserves the right to request additional information documents or further clarification from one or multiple bidders 9 Other relevant Information
