Procurement Specialist Improving Learning and Empowering Girls in Mozambique Among various tasks the Procurement Specialist must perform the following tasks i prepare and update as necessary the Annual Procurement Plan of the project in STEP ii prepare the Tender Documents and Requests for Proposals RFP in accordance with national and international procurement methods under the National Procurement Regulations and the World Banks IPF Borrowers Procurement Regulations iii provide technical assistance and support whenever necessary and requested by those responsible for the Ministry of Education and Human Development MINEDH iv ensure the compilation of information necessary for the bidding process and maintain permanent contact with the different Organic Units that requested the bidding process
