Youth Employment Technical Assistance Project PatejThe Overall Objective Of The Project Is To Contribute To The Creation Of An Institutional And Regulatory Framework Conducive To Skills Development And Youth Employment Specifically The Patej Aims To Provide The Government Of Guinea With A National Employment Policy Youth Employment Based On The Countrys Potential The Implementation Of Which Will Involve All The Sectoral Ministerial Departments In Addition The Project Aims To Make Operational The National Employment Observatory In Guinea As Well As The National Youth Council To Contribute To The Consideration Of Youth Employment In The Development Of The National Plan Of Economic And Social Development Pndes 2021 2025 Then To Strengthen The Vocational Training System In Guinea 3 The Project Includes The Following Elements Component 1 Strengthening Of The Regulatory And Institutional Framework For Youth Employment And Entrepreneurship Through The Development Of The National Employment Policy Youth Employment Pne Ej And The Strengthening Of The Mechanism For Implementing The Pne Component 2 Improving The Employability Of Young People Through The Strengthening Of The Institutional Framework For Technical And Vocational Education And Project Management And Technical Support For Youth Entrepreneurship Component 3 Project Management Coordination Monitoring And EvaluationThis Last Component Will Include The Preparation Of Project Implementation Documents Comprising A Procurement Plan A Communication Plan And A Monitoring And Evaluation Manual And Support To The Project Coordination And Execution Unit Ucep This Support Will Make It Possible To Organize The 4 Meetings Of The Steering Committee Produce 8 Quarterly Implementation Reports And 2 Audit Reports Of The Project4
