Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Gyro Survey ServicesThe Awali Field has around 2300 wells drilled by Bapco and Tatweer Petroleum Some of these old wells drilled by Bapco have no directional surveys hence when Tatweer Petroleum started to operate in Bahrain gyroscopic surveys have been run on these wells either in several campaigns or only when needed if the wells are available for survey To date there are still around 160 old wells on active production without any directional survey and at any given point will need to have a gyro survey as there are new well plans being are prepared which are in close proximity with these existing wells It is an important aspect of the drilling operations that there is accurate directional survey of the wells within an oil field and avoid potential collision with one another that can be catastrophicTender Bond BHD 4000 000Tender Document Fee BHD 100 00
