Additional Financing For The Multipurpose Cadaster Project Component 5 Multipurpose Cadastre In Environmentally Protected Areas To Strengthen Sustainable Management Of The Project Through Which The Program For The Adoption And Implementation Of A Multipurpose Rural Urban Cadastre Is Partially Financed The Project Will Comprise The Following Subcomponents Sub Component 1 Institutional Strengthening Of Environmental Authorities The Donation Will Strengthen The Institutional Technical And Human Talent Capacity Of The Environment And Sustainable Development Sector Sads In The Management Of Multipurpose Cadastre Information In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Colombian Spatial Data Infrastructure Icde The Development Of Activities Focused On Planning The Management Of Cadastral Information In Strategic Environmental Zones Is Planned Following A Multipurpose And Icde Approach It Is Also Expected To Design And Implement Strategies To Strengthen Sads Capacities To Guarantee The Quality Of Geospatial Data Socialization And Communication Strategies Associated With The Management Of The Sads Cadastral Information Will Be Designed Subcomponent 1 Will Finance Individual Consulting Services And Consulting Firms For Institutional Strengthening Of The Environmental Sector Subcomponent 2 Development Of Information And Communication Technologies Ict And Strengthening Of The Colombian Environmental Information System Siac The Objective Of This Subcomponent Is To Strengthen Sads Geospatial Data Policies Standards And Protocols Strengthen Siacs Ict Capacities And Strengthen Public Environmental Entities Through The Use And Appropriation Of The Sector Business Architecture For The Management Of Cadastral And Environmental Information The Subcomponent Will Finance The Hiring Of Individual Consultants And The Hiring Of Consulting Firms Subcomponent 3 3 Implementation And Maintenance Of The Multipurpose Cadastre In Municipalities With National Environmentally Protected Areas Critical Deforested Areas And Other Environmentally Significant And Strategic National Areas The Objective Of This Subcomponent Is To Implement The Cadastre Procedures With A Multipurpose Approach In The Municipalities Prioritized By Sads It Is Planned To Provide Cadastral Managers And Other Sads Entities With Property Registration Inputs From The Superintendency Of Notaries And Registry Snr And Or Adjudication Inputs From The National Land Agency Ant Generate Information And Develop The Cadastral Operation With A Multipurpose Approach In Prioritized Municipalities Most Affected By Deforestation Implement The Information Quality Assurance Model For The Multipurpose Cadastre Promote The Production Processing And Provision Of Standardized Information In Strategic Environmental Areas Located In Areas Of High Deforestation Which Supports The Administration Of The Territory As Well As The Implementation Of I Processes Of Regularization Of Land Occupation And Granting Of Use Rights In Environmentally Strategic Zones And Ii Of Conservation Agreements With Vulnerable Peasant Families That Inhabit Strategic Environmental Zones Located In Nuclei Of Deforestation Prior Consultation With Indigenous Peoples Of Decrees And Normative Instruments For The Multipurpose Cadastre Will Also Be Carried Out For This Subcomponent The Selection And Hiring Of Individual Consultants Consulting Firms And Indigenous Organizations Non Consulting Services And The Acquisition Of Goods Are Planned Subcomponent 4 Project Management The Objective Of This Subcomponent Is To Support The Development Of Administrative Procedures Financial Management Procurement Monitoring And Evaluation And Follow Up To Safeguards In Addition External Financial Audits Will Be Carried Out Subcomponent 4 Will Finance Individual Consultants Firm Consulting Non Consulting Services And The Acquisition Of Goods
