GREASE TRAP SERVICES PLANT SERVICES

The Contractor shall furnish all tools transportation labor equipment materials and supervision to provide grease trap waste collection and disposal one 1 time per year with the exception of four 4 school listed on the attached Price Form All grease traps must be completely emptied and cleaned by a licensed hauler The interceptors must be cleaned as often as necessary but not less than every ninety 90 days or whenever thirty 30 or more of the interceptor contains floating materials sediment oils or grease Grease trap waste must be transported by a liquid waste hauler licensed by the state of Georgia on Environmental Quality to a properly permitted disposal site 6 1 SERVICE6 1 1 Evacuate 100 of the content including solids and liquids each time traps are serviced Partial pumping including skimming is prohibited The Contractor shall ensure that the trap is maintained and in compliance with regulations and industry standards Basins shall be hosed down and any spillage on or around the outside of the grease trap shall be removed by the Contractor 6 1 2 Scrape tank walls and floors 6 1 3 Disposal of waste in accordance to Athens Clarke County Unified Government and Environmental Protection Division 6 1 4 Clarke County School District personnel must be present The Contractor will contact the Plant Services at 706 543 7323 with a schedule of dates and times of pumping 6 1 5 Other individual pumping may be required and requested during this contract period 6 1 6 Contractor shall notify CCSD Representative two 2 days prior to the scheduled cleaning of grease traps 6 1 7 Contractor shall notify CCSD upon arrival of jobsite and confirm the completion of grease trap cleaning 6 1 8 Upon completion Contractor shall provide CCSD Representative proper documentation such as initial and final CCSD Liquid Waste Manifest form
