Program To Develop 21St Century Skills In Colombian Adolescents And YouthThe Specific Objectives Of The Program Are I To Promote Institutional Strengthening And Coordination For The Consolidation Of Public Policy For Youth And Ii Implement The Shake Yourself Strategy As A National Program Through Which Adolescents And Young People Develop The Skills To Formulate And Successfully Promote Their Life Projects The Execution Of The Program To Develop Skills Of The 21St Century In Colombian Adolescence And Youth Will Be Carried Out By The Colombian Institute Of Family Welfare Cecilia De La Fuente De Lleras To Achieve The Objectives The Program Comprises The Following Components Component 1 Articulation Of The National And Territorial Youth Policy With This Component The Aim Is To Provide The Icbf And The Presidential Youth Council Or Whoever Takes Its Place With The Tools To Consolidate Youth Policy Through Greater Inter Institutional Coordination Efficient Resource Management Specifically The Program Resources Will Finance The Following Activities I Design And Implementation Of A Strategy To Articulate The Territories With The National Youth Policy Ii The Structuring Of An Index Of Youth Well Being Set Of Minimum Indicators On Youth Issues At The Municipal Departmental And National Levels And Design Of Subjective Well Being Indicators Iii The Implementation Of A Measurement Of Subjective Youth Well Being In Colombia 4 Information Surveys With A National Departmental Representative Sample Iv The Design Implementation And Start Up Of A Platform For Displaying Information On Youth Well Being With Comparison Tools Dashboards V Maintenance And Support Of The Platform For Displaying Information On Youth Well Being Component 2 Support For The Design And Implementation Of The Sac dete Program Under This Component It Seeks To Support The Development And Implementation In The Territory Of The Sac dete Program Using Training Methodologies Aligned With The Youth Policy And Strategy Different Intervention And Service Models Have Been Established Based On The Needs Of The Territory And The Focus Groups For Which The Icbf Will Hire Operators Non Profit Entities With Presence And Experience In The Department To Be Served This Will Be Done With A Differential Approach Contracts Will Be Made By Department In Accordance With The Political Administrative Icbf As Well As Support Influence Strategies For Young Women To Continue Training Programs In Entrepreneurship And Technologies With A Focus On Digital Skills Subcomponent 2 2 Virtual Model Operation The Virtual Operating Model Has Only One Modality The Operators Hired By The Icbf Will Have To Promote The Participation Of Young People Who Meet The Eligibility Criteria In The Program Taking Into The Adaptation Of 20 Centers Between Specialized Attention Centers Cae And Child Development Centers Cdi The Program Resources Will Finance I Diagnosis Of Existing Facilities Ii Design Of The 20 Facilities To Be Intervened Iii Adaptation Works Iv Supervision And Supervision Of The Works And V Operation And Maintenance For 3 Years The Design Of The Adaptations Will Take Into Account The
