Contract For Surveying Mapping And Related Geospatial Services Primarily Within The Southwestern Division Contract Information The Tulsa District U S Army Corps Of Engineers Requires The Services Of Architect Engineer A E Firms For One Indefinite Delivery Contract Idc For Surveying Mapping And Related Geospatial Services Which Are Being Procured In Accordance With Pl 92 582 Brooks Act And Implemented In Far Part 36 This Announcement Is A Hubzone Small Business Set Aside Only Firms Will Be Selected For Negotiation Based On Demonstrated Competence And Qualifications For The Required Work The Required Services And Products Will Occur Primarily Within The Tulsa District Area Of Responsibility The North American Industrial Classification System Naics Code Applicable To This Project Is 541370 Engineering Services Which Has A Size Standard Of 16 500 000 In Average Annual Receipts The Idc Will Be Administered By The Tulsa District U S Army Corps Of Engineers The Idc Will Have A Base Period Of Three 3 Years Plus Two 2 One 1 Year Option Periods The Idc Will Be For A Total Period Of Up To Five Years For A Total Estimated Amount Not To Exceed 9 5 Million B Nature Of Work The Services Necessary For Each Requirement Will Be Negotiated And Awarded As Individual Task Orders The A E Shall Furnish All Services Materials Equipment Supplies And Supervision Required To Perform Surveying Mapping And Related Geospatial Services To Support The Planning Designing Constructing Operating Maintaining And Managing Of Real Property And Lands In Support Of The U S Army Corps Of Engineers Civil Military And International And Interagency Support Missions The A E Should Expect To Become A Significant Part Of The Government S Usace Project Delivery Team Pdt C Contract Award Procedure The Service Contract Act Will Apply To This Acquisition The Proposed Services Will Be Obtained By Negotiated Firm Fixed Price Contract To Be Eligible For Contract Award A Firm Must Be Registered In The
