Washing Manual Power Tool Cleaning Using Pneumatic Spark Proof Tools Supply Application Of Most Suitable Protective Coatings As Per Existing Coating System On External Surfaces Of Ng P Iping 1 2 Supply Of Water Washing Machine And Its Accessories Any Temporary Water Storage Equipment Cleaning Agents All Applicab Le Coating Materials Application Inspection Tools Equipment And All Required Consumables Including Tarpaulin Plastic Sheets To Protect Sensitive Equipment From Spill Splash Of Jetting And Painting Materials To Be Provided By Contractor 1 3 The Contractor Sh All Visit The Site By Pneumatic And Non Spark T Ools 1 8 Joint Inspection Of Complete Work Area Following The Cleaning Before Applying The Paint Coatings To Ensure No Corrosio N Damages Which Need To Repair Replace By Dewa 1 9 The Cleaned Surface Shall Be Coated With One Complete Application Of Primer As Soon As Practicable Or Before Any Discoloration Occurs On The Surface 1 10 Any Crevices Minor Scratches Shall Be Filled With Coating Manufacturer Recommended Fillers Prior To Applying The Coatings 1 11 Coating Application Shall Be By Airless Spray Only An D By Brush Roller On Non Accessible Areas 1 12 Applied Coat Shall Have Minimum Dry Film Thickness On Each Coat During Coating Ap Plication Wet Film Thickness If Applicable Shall Be Measured To Confirm Desired Dft Will Be Achieved 1 13 Where Coating Is To Be Applied By Brush Or Roller Contractor To Ensure Smooth Final Appearance With Negligible Brush Marks Left In The Applied Coating 1 14 Any Spots Or Repairs In Application Shall Be Completely Coated Before The Next Coat Is Applied Within Re Coat Interval Time 1 15 Topcoat Color Should Be In Compliance With Existing Coating For All Components 1 16 Repairing And Remedial Works On Identif Ied Defects Shall Be According To The Touch Up And Repair Recommendations Of Coating Manufacturer Only 1 17 Any Crevices Minor Scratches Shall Be Filled With Coating Manufacturer Recommended Fillers Prior To Applying The Coatings 1 18 Party Has To Repaint Remark The Direction And Thickness Measurement Points On The Pipeline As Existing 1 19 Stage Wise Coating Inspections And Quality Assurance At Completion Of Each Activity 1 20 Preparation Of Check Lists And Reports At The Beginning During And End Of Each Act Ivity 1 21 Removal Of The Tarpaulin Or Any Other Protective Covers After Completion Of Work 1 22 Handing Over Final Report With All Checklists To Concerned Dewa Engineer 2 Execution Of Work 2 1 The Work Will Be Carried Out In Between Month Of Dec 2020 To Oct 2021 As Per Dewa Schedule 2 2 Contractor Have To Start The Work Within 03 Days Of Intimation From Dewa And Shall Complete All The Related Formalities Like Mobilization Of Staff Tool Plant Machineries Gate Pass Etc With In The Above Mentioned Period 2 3 Work On Each Train To Be Completed In 4 To 5 Days There Are Total 06 2 4 The Work Shall Be Executed In Stages Of Coating Proc Ess With Properly Documented Checks And Controls As Per Approved Itp By Dewa And Contractor At Each Stage All Inspection Reports S Hall Be Verified Approved By Concerned Dewa Engineers Before Proceeding To The Next Step 2 5 Any Defects Detected By Contracto R On Surfaces During The Work Process Shall Be Immediately Reported To The Concerned Dewa Engineer 2 6 Environment Condition Shall Be Checked And Recorded Before Starting Of Work And Every Two Hourly On Same Day Until The Completion Of Work General Conditions F Or Environment Condition Shall Be As Below Surface Temperature Shall Be Between 10 C And 40 C 2 6 1 Relative Humidity Shall Be Less Than 85 2 6 2 Surface Temperature Shall Be More Than 3Oc Of Measured Dew Point Temperature 2 6 3 There Shall Not Be Rain O R Strong Wind That Can Affect Cleanliness Of The Surfaces 2 7 In Case Of Difference Between Above Environment Requirements And Th E Coating Manufacturer S Recommendations The Coating Manufacture S Recommendations Shall Be Adhered To 3 Warranty 3 1 The Jo B Carried Out By The Contractor Shall Have Unconditional Warranty For A Period Of 02 Years Against Any Defects Attributable To Poor Workmanship Incorrect Testing Or Execution Of The Job Or Improper Selection Of Any Material Or Material During Warranty Period Al L Coatings Shall Be Free From All Defects But Not Limited To Pinholes Blisters Loss Of Adhesion Peeling Cracks Etc Paint Color Shall Not
