Woodford County Asset Management ProgramThe Goal Is Lo Develop And Deploy A Web Based Gis Asset Management System Ams To Assist Wchd In Monitoring And Maintaining Its Infrastructure Assets The Ams Would Allow For The Opportunity To Inventory Items Provide A Format For Monitoring Conditions And Scheduling Inspections The County Has Made Steps Toward Completing An Asset Management Program By Completing Various Inventories Since The Early 2000S As Noted Above The County Has Recently Developed An Ams For Nbis Structures Within The County Through A Special Projects Grant From Tcrpc However Lack Of Available Funds And Resources Has Meant That Not All Assets Have Been Inventoried Additionally Those Inventories That Have Been Completed Are Not Contained In A Single Platform And Therefore Are Not Utilized To Their Full Extent This Project Will Involve The Creation And Deployment Of Web Based Ams To Assist The County In Maintaining Its Infrastructure Assets
