Solid Waste Expert MoeLake Qaraoun Pollution Prevention ProjectThe Council For Development And Reconstruction Cdr Is In The Process Of Recruiting A Full Time Environmental And Solid Waste Management Expert Ref Qc3c9a To Assist In The Implementation Of Some Of The Components Of The Project The Expert Will Be Seconded To The Ministry Of Environment Moe The Details Of The Position Are As Follows Job Title Environmental And Solid Waste Management Expert Job Number Qc3c9a Reporting To Cdr Duties And Responsibilities Support The Identification Preparation Of Terms Of Reference And Procurement Of The Studies Foreseen Under Component 3 1 Of The Project In Coordination With The Relevant Services At The Moe Review The Technical Studies Foreseen Under Component 3 1 Of The Project And Coordinate With The Relevant Services At The Moe For Endorsement Support The Identification Procurement To Consultants And Or Review Of Studies Foreseen Under Other Components Of The Project As Requested Assist In Mobilizing Resources For The Implementation Of The Fore Mentioned Studies As Requested Advise And Support Institutional Coordination Responsibilities Within The Project Related To Integrated Environmental Management Of The Litani Watershed Support The Preparation Of A Plan For Capacity Development Communication And Outreach On Environmental Management To All Concerned Stakeholders In The Litani Watershed And Support In Its Implementation Provide Expert Opinion On Matters Related To Environmental Management In General And Solid Waste Management Including Municipal And Hazardous Waste In Particular And Any Other Tasks As Requested By The Project S Focal Point At The Ministry Of Environment
