In Cooperation With National Oil Corporation Noc Under The Framework Of Memorandum Of Understanding 2017 For Health Education Development Initiatives In Libya Decided To Intervene In Support Of The Local Communities Upgrading The Nalut General Hospital Obsolete Wwtp Replacing It With A Modern Unit The Scope Of Supply Shall Include For The Following Items Activities And Constraints Within The
