Mali Covid 19 Emergency Response ProjectThe Project Includes The Following Components Component 1 Preparedness And Response To Covid 19 EmergenciesThis Component Will Support The Countrys Capacity To Promote An Integrated Response To Covid 19 By Improving Prevention Measures Case Detection Treatment Laboratory Capacities And Surveillance In Addition It Will Support Efforts That Will Enable The Country To Mobilize A Rapid Response Capacity Through Trained Motivated And Well Equipped Frontline Health Workers The Component Will Also Finance Arrangements For Emergency Response Activities Targeting Migrant And Displaced Populations In Fragile Conflict Or Humanitarian Contexts Aggravated By Covid 19 The Contracts That Will Be Financed By The Project Within The Framework Of The Implementation Of This Component Mainly Concern Development And Dissemination Of Materials For Guidance And For Social And Behavioral Change Acquisition Of Equipment Materials Inputs Consumables And Drugs For Disease Surveillance And Patient Care Acquisition Of Products And Equipment For Individual And Collective Protection Agency Services For Cash Transfers Creation And Rehabilitation Of Health Facilities Provision Of Food And Basic Items To People Affected By Covid 19 Component 2 Improving Access To Health Care ServicesThis Stream Will Promote Timely Access To Healthcare By Providing Funding To Facilities Based On The Number Of Patients Screened And Treated For Covid 19 To Ensure Other Essential Services Are Not Squeezed Out This Component Will Also Cover Fee Waivers For Clients Who Wish To Obtain Health Care Services For Suspected Cases Of Covid 19 The Contracts That Will Be Financed By The Project Within The Framework Of The Implementation Of This Component Mainly Concern Agency Services For Cash Transfers Component 3 Management Of The Implementation Monitoring Evaluation And CoordinationThis Component Will Finance The Operational Costs Of The Project Implementation Unit Coordination Monitoring And Evaluation Activities Including Innovative Information Technology It Needed To Monitor And Manage Information The Contracts That Will Be Financed By The Project Within The Framework Of The Implementation Of This Component Mainly Concern Computer And Communication Equipment Office Furniture And Equipment Fuel Recruitment And Training Of Key Personnel Monitoring Evaluation Audit
