contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all work to insure minimal disruption toEmbassy operations The U S Government could also be providing a number of materials to be coordinated andinstalled by the contractor The specific government furnished items are included below Thescope of work is further defined below 1 Main water line to maintenance bldg replacement Install new water line from hydrant manhole by Post1 to the Maintenance prefab bldg from manhole along the perimeter wall to the direction of maintenance bldg 42 Trench installation for interconnection of main line to maintenance bldg Remove asphalt on the line connecting hydrant manhole by Post1 and maintenance remove gravel and soil to the depth at least 80cm Reinstall pavers after trench backfillcompaction by others 3 Water lines interconnecting pipe Install new water line diameter 40mm into the trench to meet existing standards forunderground waterlines installation Install valves for water flow control on both ends of interconnection 4 Hot water pipes installation Install 2 hot water pipes connecting boilers in boiler room with piping in maintenancebldg Install D40mm pipe for hot water supply and D32mm pipe for hot water return Bothpipes must be installed in D110mm termical isolated piping Install new manhole 5 Prohibited Materials Products containing asbestos materials are not permitted on this project 6 Materials provided by Embassy No materials will be provided by Embassy for this project 7 Cost proposal The contractor s proposal should include labor equipment and materials for
