The State Laboratory Request for Information Freeze Drier The State Laboratory requires information from the market to enable further knowledge regarding market capabilities on the upcoming purchase of a Freeze drier for the rapid and efficient drying of Milk Egg Molasses Vinasses Fish and Liver samples The Education Procurement Service EPS on behalf of the State Laboratory the Contracting Authority invites responses to this request for information RFI from economic operators Tenderers for the supply of the goods as described below Desired Requirements The Freeze Drier should have the capacity to fit a minimum of fifteen State Laboratory samples per cycle Samples are currently contained in 180 x 115 x 40 mm foil trays Typical sample amounts are Eggs 100 120g Milk 150g Molasses Vinasses 30 100g Fish 50 70g Liver 50 70g The Freeze drier should allow rapid and efficient removal of water to fully completed procedure recipe cycle within the shortest time possible The Freeze drier should have sufficiently large condenser capacity to complete two cycles without the need to defrost The system Software must be comprehensive reliable and have the ability to process a large number of samples with a high throughput It should be possible to save and run developed cycles br
