General Procurement Notice for Provision of Goods Non Consulting Services and Consulting Services for Harmonizing and Improving Statistics in West Africa The project will include the following components 1 Regional Component to produce harmonized tools collect a core set of social economic and administrative statistics while improving their quality and disseminate and facilitate use of data to improve the institutional environment at the management level and increase human resource capacity 2 Country Specific Component to address shortcomings that are not necessarily common to all countries but that will enable NSSs to leverage regional activities for instance filling physical and statistical infrastructure gaps human resource and software needs 3 A project management component to oversee and supervise the first two components including the cost of staff related to the project and costs related to project coordination steering committee operating costs and other expenses needed to make the project successful
