Tenders are invited for Provision of Chemicals and Chemical Treatment Services for Petronas Carigali Iraq Holding B V PCIHBV Tender deposit Bid bond USD 110 000 Bidder Principal shall have at least three 3 projects of supplying and establishing chemical treatment program in Middle East countries with minimum accumulated total project value of USD 1 million within the past five 5 years Bidder shall have minimum paid up capital IQD 2 Billion or USD Equivalent Payment USD 300 non refundable The Bidders Scope of Work shall include but not necessarily limited to the following I Contractor shall maintain backup stock of the chemicals amounting to at least three 3 months worth of consumption during the contract period for minimum ofhighest consuming chemicals il Contractor to establish a Chemical Treatment Program that meets PCIHBV soperational requirement iii Contractor shall provide technical and associated services and manage the chemicalsupply logistics inventory product application and monitoring iv Contractor shall be fully responsible on supervision planning scheduling reportingof progress forecasting and independently controlling progress to ensure that thework shall be completed in compliance with this contract Contractor shall develop and submit Quality Assurance QA and Quality Control QC manuals vi Contractor shall at its own cost manage the collection storage and disposal of anywastes including but not limited to the collection and disposal of all empty drumsor other chemical containers generated or accumulated as a result of performanceof the WORK and must comply with Iraq Government law and PCIHBV regulations vil Contractor shall adhere to PClHBVGarraf Chemical Management Procedure
