The Georgia Department of Revenue DOR is requesting a payment processor supplier to provide an online payment gateway and eCheck services solution for web based and point of sale transactions The primary objective of the Payment Processing Services PPS is to provide payment processing services to the Department of Revenue in four phases Phase 1 Motor Vehicle Division MVD International Registration Plan IRP Commercial Truck Registration online with minimum in person at DOR s location at 4125 Welcome All Road Atlanta GA 30349 Phase 2 Integrated Tax Systems ITS all tax types online through the Integrated Tax System GenTax and in person at twelve 12 locations in Georgia Phase 3 Motor Vehicle Division Tag MVD and Title Services online Driver Record and Integrated Vehicle Enterprise DRIVES e services for tag title and dealer applications for DOR and 159 Georgia counties as well as in person title tag and dealer registration at 4125 Welcome All Road Atlanta GA 30349 Phase 4 Local Government Services LGS Unclaimed Property and Georgia Certification Program at 4125 Welcome All Road Atlanta GA 30349The State contracts with a third party supplier to handle these transactions now DOR Finance Division works with the relative departments within the Department on revenue collections DOR functions under the banking requirements of the State Treasurer The supplier must be compatible and conform with Well Fargo Merchant Services WFMS and send merchant card payments to WFMS for the back office processing e g Authorization and Settlement
