Tenders are invited for Technical Assistance to the Partnership Priority Support Facility FAPP Programme NeighbourhoodGeographical Zone AlgeriaType ServicesStatus Open 10 09 2020Updated 05 08 2020Description of the contractThe contract will be made on the basis of actions with deliverables at a fixed price which will be described in the Terms of Reference of the tender documents The contract covers the recruitment of a technical assistance team responsible for supporting the Algerian authorities in the management of the Facility to support the priorities of the EU Algeria partnership FAPP The Team will be made up of leading experts in the fields of institutional strengthening and the management and administration of projects particularly twinning projects as well as ad hoc experts for short term interventions in the various fields covered by the Program
