BACKGROUND Ivy IPA located in DeKalb County Georgia is a single gender public charter school for girls IPA is a Title I school that serves 490 scholars in grades kindergarten through 8 Project Description The Vendor would be responsible for the daily transport of at least 150 IPA Students Scholars in the 2020 2021 school year The first day of school is August 5 2020 and the last day of school is May 25 2021 Scholars will be present at school for 180 days To the extent possible drivers will have experience working with school aged children Scholars transported to IPA on the Morning Route must arrive at IPA by 7 30am Scholars transported from IPA on the Afternoon Route must leave IPA by 3 15pm The Vendor shall be responsible for determining routes for transportation with demographic input from IPA IPA is requesting an annual cost for services IPA will divide this cost by 12 to determine the monthly cost Additionally IPA seeks pricing for transportation for A Daily transportation service from designated Transportation Hubs to IPA and from IPA to designated Transportation Hubs Morning and Afternoon Routes from August 5 2020 to May 25 2021 B Daily transportation service from designated Transportation Hubs to IPA Morning Route only from August 5 2020 to May 25 2021 C Transportation rates for planned field trips throughout the Metropolitan Atlanta area D Transportation rates for scheduled athletic events throughout the Metropolitan Atlanta area Vendors shall submit the following Firm Overview Firm and Team Experience and Qualifications Staff Training Proposed scope of services Proposed fee and fee structure Certificate of Insurance andBusiness license or state certificate of incorporation
