Value Chain AVC High Value Crops invitesqualified offerors to submit proposals to supply and deliver Injection Molding Machine and 2 Cratemolds to a partner company who is producing plastic baskets To improve the current production line the company needs to produce different sizes of plastic baskets based on market demand that helps toexport fresh fruits in different quality packaging Thus the company aims at increasing its production ofplastic baskets in different sizes which will result in a reduction of post harvest losses and the companywill be able to increase its processing capacity and improve its quality through injection moldingmachines This machinery will also help to produce the final product as per standards of the nationaland international market and will able the company for any costs associated with thepreparation of their quote This subcontract type is subject to change during the course of negotiations A Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order is An award for a total firm fixed price for values less than 150 000 for the provision of specific services goods or deliverables and is not adjusted if the actual costs arehigher or lower than the fixed price amount Offerors are expected to include all costs direct andindirect into their total proposed price 2 General Instructions to Offerors2 1 General Instructions Offeror Subcontractor and or Bidder means a firm
