Construction WorkTurnkey Contract Tunnel Lift and Preparatory Works for a Construction Site Bergen Health TrustDescription The contract also includes various preparatory works for the construction of the Proton centre The current parking building shall be demolished in phase 1 of the contract The parking building is made of concrete in two floors close to the rock wall toward the houses located above Montana Terrasse At the north end of the parking building is the spiral tunnel portal which is necessary for establishing the vertical shaft for the elevator and staircase core The demolition is planned to start from the north so that the access to the the tunnel portal is achieved as soon as possible Securing the overhead rock must be completed before the tunnel portal work can be initiated When the tunnel works are initiated securing of the overhead rock at the site can be started The construction work for the lot can then be initiated This includes works down to a flat surface for the foundation of the building and blasting works for a retention basin Permanent securing of the overhead rock is included in the construction site works The construction site must be completed and ready for the construction of the Proton centre by July 2021 The construction works shall be started at the south part of the site the bunker part The lift and staircase shaft from the horizontal tunnel and up to the level with the basement floor of the Proton Centre shall be completed and secured in peak to November 2021 when the foundation works for this part of the Proton centre starts Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate Date 06 07 2020 Local time 12 00
