Tenders are invited for Procurement of Solar Pumping from the Reputed Firms Companies Suppliers during the Year 2019 202 The eligible firms companies those authorized and capable and not involved in litigationand legal inquiry with PARC or other agency may bid as per terms conditions and quantity ofsolar pumping system mentioned In the tender document The tender document can bepurchased by the eligible firms from PI Director NSTHRI PARC Makll Thatta Sind on anyworking day from 9 00 AM to 5 00 PM Monday to Friday from 03 06 2020 on written request ofthe firm company letter head pad with firm registration certificate and GST NTN valid numberalong with pay order bank draft amounting to Rs 1000 Non Refundable drawn in favor of Director NSTHRI PARC Makli Thatta Sindh 3 Bidders who fulfill and abide by the prescribed terms conditions contained in tenderdocument may submit their technical and financial bids as per format in separate envelope Thebids will be received on or before 18 06 2020 by 1100 a m and will be opened on the same day at1130 a m at NSTHRI PARC Makli Thatta Sindh in the presence of bidders or their nominatedrepresentatives who choose to be present No tender will be sold on date of opening of tenders 4 Each bid should be accompanied with 2 earnest money of quoted bid amount in shapeof bank draft or pay order in favor of PARC Islamabad The conditional bids or the bids withoutearnest money or containing less earnest money shall not be accepted as per PPRA Rules Closing Date 18 Jun 2020 11 00 00 AM
