bids which is confidential and encrypted in nature 2 Background and Purpose of the TenderThe Bank owns the Bungalow Exim House situated at Old Khandala Road At present the property is being used as a store house for safe keeping of old physical records of the Bank However it has been decided to renovate interiors the Bungalow to make the first floor of the Bungalow available for the Bank as a guest house The purpose of the tender is to select a suitable contractor to carry out the necessary interior works at the said premises 3 Eligibility Criteria of the BidderSR NO ELIGIBILITY CRITERIASUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO BE UploadedCOMPLIANCE YES NO 1The bidder should have a minimum 03 years of total experience in carrying out interior works of Residential premises from January 2010 till May 31 2020 Purchase Order Work Experience Certificate from Organisations2The bidder should have satisfactorily executed Interior works at Residential premises or Office premises of Reputed Organizations in the last 3 years of value more than or equal to one of the following 1 3 works of 04 lac each OR 2 2 works of 6 75 lac each OR 3 1 work of 10 8 lacPurchase Order work completion certificate received from the Employer with amount designation contact details of the organization mentioned over it 3The Bidder shall execute E Tendering Process Compliance Statement and Undertaking
