maintenance conduct complete assessment for vehicle at every service is conducted Check Prop Shaft condition clearance in four wheels spring condition bushings condition clean transmission vent pipes transmission oil condition and any other check 5 Toe Service Respond to every breakdown and toe vehicle should the need be from point of breakdown to Monrovia Timeframe and Scope of Contract The contract is for the period of two years July 1 2020 to June 30 2022 An initial six months contract July 1 2020 to December 31 2020 will be issued to assess garage s performance after which the contract will be extended for the full period or terminated if the service provider has not met Plan Standard of vehicle maintenance repair A Successful Service provider who will provide a quality quote to PIL in terms of cost and Servicing quality may be granted a two year contract after passing the first initial six months successfully as mentioned in this TOR Responsibilities of the service Providers All Service Providers Are Expected to Submit the following documents Provide quality repair maintenance services and genuine spare parts for vehicle according to manufacturer standard and requirement or Price list for the following Vehicle Spare Parts Proven experience for more than 7 years in performing similar task from other International Organization NGOs 10points Copy of valid business registration 7Points Valid task clearance 7 Points Article of Incorporation 5points At least Four Letters of recommendation from previous International NGOs that you have previously worked for 7 Points At least four References with their full contact and email addresses that will attest the quality of service that you provide 5points Submit at least 211 spare parts list and price for each spare part valid for one year July 1 2020 to June 30 2021 For the vehicle categories mentioned in the table above The issuance of spare part list to service providers will resume from May 15 2020 and will end on the 27th of May 2020 30 points The service providers in return will insert the various prices of spare parts given to them by Plan for the various categories of vehicles Present all violence and abuse In this contract Plan International Liberia and Service Provider Supplier therefore fully recognizes this view and shall conform to all the values herein referred to In turn will fully support the Child and Youth safeguarding values and policies of Plan Ref SCYP November 2017 The Service Provider Supplier acknowledges that it has received a copy of and has read and understood Plan s Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy contained in Schedule 1 the Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy and the supporting and briefing materials describing Plan s commitment to Child and Youth Safeguarding a Plan International Liberia and the Service Provider Supplier shall and shall ensure that any sub contractor or sub grantee of it in relation to this Agreement the Relevant Party shall at all times and in all circumstances abide by the Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy during the term of this Agreement b The Service Provider Supplier represents and warrants that neither it nor any Relevant Party nor any of its directors employees or consultants has been involved or is suspected or has ever been suspected of involvement in an incident of abuse of a child or children whether as described in the Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy or otherwise in such a way that compromises or compromised the safety of a child or children c If at any time during the term of this Agreement it comes to the attention of the Partner or any Relevant Party that the Partner or any Relevant Party has been involved or is suspected or has ever been suspected of involvement in an incident of abuse of a child or children whether as described in the Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy or otherwise in such a way that compromises or compromised the safety of a child or children then d The Service Provider Supplier shall immediately and at the latestwithin 12 hours of becoming aware report such incident orsuspicion to its contact at Plan as specified in this Agreement ande The Service Provider Supplier shall immediately remove anyRelevant Party or person to whom the report relates from any workor contractual relationship with Plan f Any breach of this Clause and or the Child and Youth
