Prequalifications are invited for Carrying out Construction and Renovation of Primary Schools2019 UBEC Subeb ProjectsThe scope of the project includes the following 1 Construction of Public Primary Schools across the State2 Renovation of existing Public Primary School structures across the State3 Provision of water supply and toilet facilities in Public Primary Schools across the State4 Supply of 3 seater desk including ECCDE furniture to Public Primary Schools across the State Eligibility Requirement Interested bidders are to submit a detailed profile which should contain the following a Certificate of Incorporation Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission CAC b Evidence of registration with Edo State Public Procurement Agency c Evidence of payment of tax by the company and 2 two directors or proprietor s of the Company for the immediate past 3years i e 2017 2018 2019 d Company s audited financial account indicating turnover and funding information over the past 3 years endorsed by a firm of chartered accountants e Company profile which should include I Names of current directors as registered with CACII Names qualification and experience of key personnel and copies of their professional certificates f Documentary Evidence of previous similar works done in the past 3 years showing i Letter of award of contractii Certificate of completion g A Sworn affidavit indicating that i None of the Directors of the Company has been convicted in any court for any criminal offence including fraud and financial impropriety ii The Company is not in receivership insolvent or bankrupt iii No officer of EDO SUBEB is a former or present Director shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the company h Bank Reference or Statement of account for the last 12 months Jan 2019 Dec 2019
