General Procurement Notice for Procurement of Civil Works Contractor for the Rehabilitation of Obomkpa Erosion Site in Aniocha North Local Government Area Delta State Scope of work The Rehabilitation works is for a period of twelve 12 calendar months and shall include but not limited to the following a Gully Head Stabilization which is to convey storm runoff safely downstream into the gully bed b Gully Bed Stabilization which will minimize the flow velocity and reduce the erosive force of the flowing water and trap sediments which will partially fill the gully bed c Gully bank stabilization and watershed management d Suitable bioremediation in accordance with the recommended design All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of N59M Swift copies of bid security will be acceptable but shall be confirmed from the Financial Institution that issued the bid security The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested and eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application on bidder s letterhead to the address below upon payment of a fee of fifty thousand Naira N50 000 00 Non Refundable only The method of payment will be direct lodgment into Account Name DTSNEWMAP Government Counterpart fund Contribution Account Account Number 5030065114Bank Fidelity Bank PlcA pre bid meeting would be held electronically on 17th June 2020 by 12 00 noon connection details will be forwarded to all bidders that indicate intention to participate
