Tenders are invited for Procurement of Plant Design Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Goods For Upgradation Expansion and Strengthening of Existing Post Harvest Infrastructure Project at Oddi District Shimla H P Bid Security Rs 5 900 004 Bidders from India should however be registered with the Government of Himachal Pradesh or other StateGovernments Governme nt of India or State Central Government Undertakings Bidders from India who are not registered as above on the date of bidding can also participate provided they get themselves registered by the time of contract signing if theybecome successful bidders2 I nterested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the addressgiven below during office hours 7 Bids must be submitted online on http hptenders gov in on or before 22 06 2020 on 12 00 HOURS and the Technical Part of the bids will be openedonline on the same day at 12 30 hours The Financial Part shall remain unopened in the e procurementt osystem until the second public Bid opening for the financial part Any bid or modifications to bid including discount receivedou side e procurement system will not be considered If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the bids asspecified the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue The electronic bidding system would notallow any latesubmission of bids
