Tenders are invited for Money Transfer Agency Service in Duhok and Erbil Refugee Camps The deadline of submission should not be later than May 28th 2020 at 11 00 AM Distribution schedule for 6 Months June 2020 to Nov 2020 Period 6 months from June 2020 to November 2020 subject for funds availability Location 5 camps in Duhok and 4 camps in Erbil listed below Caseload 40 396 on monthly basis from June to October and 7 994 in November Transfer value 22 000 IQD per beneficiary monthAmount per month IQD 888 712 000 in June to Oct and 175 868 000 in Nov Distribution days June Oct 28 days divided by 4 but in November will be max 6 days Total value for 6 months 4 619 428 000 IQD World vision will share a distribution plan before 3 days of the distribution with supplier and we will ask them to share a confirmation that they are ready to start the distribution Supplier should provide his own cashier on site we will have 4 distributions at the same time 2 in Erbil and 2 in Duhok to finish for the big areas company should provide 2 cashiers per site A daily reconciliations will take place at the distribution sites between WV and the supplier Supplier shall provide invoice for each distribution World Vision will provide payment within 10 calendar days 3 days for project team and 7 days for finance after receipt of invoice The Suppliers will need to appreciate that WV is a humanitarian assistance organization hence some flexibility at times notalways is expected from the supplier The Supplier is fully responsible for the money until it has been received by the beneficiary This means any loss of moneyeven at distribution be it by robbery or otherwise is responsibility of the owner
