Non Consultancy Services To Reclassify And Classify The Zambian Public Road Network In Line With The Public Roads Act No 12 Of 2002Contract For Non Consulting Services For The Reclassification And Classification Of The Zambian Public Road Network In Line With The Public Roads Act No 12 Of 2002 For This Contract The Borrower Shall Process The Payments Using The Direct Payment Disbursement Method As Defined In The World Bank S Disbursement Guidelines For Investment Project Financing 2 The Road Development Agency Now Invites Sealed Bids From Eligible Bidders For Non Consulting Services For The Reclassification And Classification Of The Zambian Public Road Network In Line With The Public Roads Act No 12 Of 2002 Under This Contract The Service Provider Shall Be Required To Identify Additions To And Deletions From The Public Road Network To Ensure That The Network Is Meeting The Needs Of The Country The Additions And Deletions Shall Take Account Of Changes In The Road Utilization Or Regional Functional Significance And Importance These Variations Are Attributed To Changes In Land Use Economic Activity Population Distribution And The Construction Of New Roads All Which Have An Impact On Traffic Generation And Distribution The Service Provider Shall Therefore Be Required To Undertake The Classification And Re Classification Where Appropriate Of The Entire Public Road Network As Per The Public Roads Act No 12 Of 2002
