expression of interest follows the general procurement notice published on the public procurement web portal www sigmap finances bj on January 29 2020 2 The Education Sector Infrastructure Construction Agency ACISE has obtained funds from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa BADEA to finance the support project for the National University of Agriculture UNA and the National University of Sciences Technologies Engineering and Mathematics UNSTIM and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under contracts for intellectual services relating to complete project management of construction works for the benefit of the UNA in Porto Novo and the supervision and control of construction works for the benefit of the UNSTIM of Abomey 3 The services concern the complete project management of the construction works of the UNA infrastructures in Porto Novo and the supervision and control of the construction works of the UNSTIM in Abomey Said services are divided into two 02 lots as follows Lot 1 Complete project management architectural technical studies control and supervision of works for the construction of the UNA in Porto Novo Lot 2 Mission of supervision and control of UNSTIM construction works in AbomeyThe same candidate can express his interest for one or both 02 lots and can be preselected for one or both lots The event files must be submitted in batches under penalty of rejection The mission execution time is 26 months for lot 1 and 15 months for lot 2 4 Applicants Offices or Cabinets of African Arab Consultants or Groupings of
