Young Persons Housing SupportThis Procurement Is Concerned With The Purchase Of Services For A Housing Support Service To Individuals Aged 16 25 Who Are Experiencing Or At Risk Of Homelessness Stirling Council Require The Service To Be Staffed 24 Hours A Day Seven Days A Week Including Public Holidays The Service Is Required To Provide Outreach Support To People That Are Living In Homeless Temporary Accommodation Including B B And At Their Own Tenancy Across The Local Authority This Will Include Young People Who Are Involved In Through Care Aftercare Services And Young People Who Have Been Looked After In Care
