Us 41 900 000 To Finance The Cost Of The Project Improving Connectivity And Water Provision In The Framework Of The Pazcific Plan And Intends To Use The Funds To Make Payments Corresponding To The Acquisition Of Goods And The Contracting Of Works Related Services And Consulting Services Within The Framework Of This Project Component 1 Navigation Improvements In The Participating Municipalities Improve Navigation And Safety Through Among Others The Design Installation Supervision And Maintenance Of Signaling Instruments Including Bathymetry Studies Navigation Charts Among Others Between The Municipalities Of Francisco Pizarro And Guapi Improve Access To The Waterways Through Among Others I The Construction Rehabilitation And Improvement Operation And Maintenance Of Floating Docks And Complementary Infrastructure In The Participating Municipalities Including The Preparation Or Updating Of Technical Designs Considering Gender And People With Disabilities And The Implementation Of Environmental And Social Management Plans Ii The Design And Construction Of A Tertiary Road Of Approximately 3 Km That Will Connect The Center Of Timbiqu With The Location Selected For The Pier Subject To The Results Of The Studies And Designs And Iii Supervision And Monitoring Of The Activities Carried Out Additionally The Acquisition Of Land And Compensation Related To The Resettlement Plan Will Be Financed Component 2 Improvements In Water Supply And Basic Sanitation In The Participating Municipalities Improve Water Supply In Participating Municipalities Through Among Others Designs Technical Studies And Plans Construction Rehabilitation And Supervision For New Bocatoma Structures Adduction Lines Treatment Plants Distribution Networks And Intra Residential Connections Installation And Supervision Of Micro And Macro Measurement And Pressure Monitoring Systems Implementation And Supervision Of Energy Redundancy Projects As Well As The Acquisition Of Land And Compensation Related To The Resettlement Plan Improve The Provision Of Basic Sanitation Services In Participating Municipalities Through Among Others Designs Technical Studies And Plans Including The Preparation Of Master Plans Feasibility Studies And Environmental Management And Resettlement Plans Construction Rehabilitation And Supervision Of Wastewater Collection And Treatment Systems Including The Installation Of Main Collectors Pumping Stations Networks And Intra Residential Connections The Implementation Of Public Toilets And Solutions For Hard To Reach Areas And Palafitos And The Acquisition Of Land And Compensation Related To The Resettlement Plan Component 3 Capacity Building And Institutional Strengthening For Waterway Operators And Water And Sanitation Service Providers In The Participating Municipalities Strengthening The Institutional Capacity To Improve Performance And Increase In An Efficient Sustainable And Safe Way The Transport By Inland Waterways Including Among Others I Provision Of Technical Assistance To Invias And Local Actors In The Management Of Docks Ii Improve The Skills And Capabilities Of Transport Operators Iii Elaboration Of A Regional Assistance To Review And Strengthen The Regulatory Framework Of Inland Waterways V Creation Of A Database Of Transport And Purchase Of Equipment And Vi Development Of Satisfaction Surveys Goods Equipment Consultancies Technical Studies Training And Knowledge Exchange Activities To Support And Strengthen The Capacity Of Authorities And Providers Of Water And Basic Sanitation Services Including Among Others I The Development And Operation Of Delivery Models Of Adequate Water And Sanitation Services Ii The Development And Implementation Of Commercial Technical And Administrative Tools Iii The Development And Implementation Of Monitoring Tools Iv The Development Of Technical Studies And Exchange Of Experiences In Between Others Demand Management Integrated Urban Water Supply Management Sanitation Solutions For Isolated Areas And V Updating The Master Water And Sanitation Plans In The Selected Municipalities Of The Cauca And Nari o Departments Component 4 Project Management And Environmental And Social ManagementSupport The Implementation Of The Project In The Areas Of Financial Management Procurement Disbursements And Safeguards Including But Not Limited To Financing Of Operating Costs The Acquisition Of Contracts Financed By The World Bank Will Be Carried Out Through The Procedures Specified In The Procurement Regulations For Borrowers In Investment Projects Of July 2016 Procurement Regulations And Is Open To All Companies And Eligible Persons As Defined In The Procurement Regulations After The Negotiations Of The Project The World Bank Will Organize The Publication On Its External Website Of The Agreed Upon Initial Procurement Plan And All Subsequent Updates Provided There Is No Objection
